zeitgeist57
http://www.autoblog.com/2009/07/30/live-reveal-2010-suzuki-kizashi/ I actually like this car, but mostly because I had a Samurai in high-school/college that was damn near indestructible (until I hydrolocked the engine) and fell in love with their simple, stone-reliable engineering. selectable AWD, great styling, 6-speed manual? Missing a turbo, but the price seems right...I don't think it will sell very well, but it's a nice change in my book...
JaSSon
My first thought... "Is that a Jetta?" Looks like it's a rebadged VW, but sounds like it's their own car. I really like it. It would make a good daily.
nurkvinny
Hmm. A Jetta and an Accord had a one night stand and gave the child up for adoption to Suzuki?
zeitgeist57
Hmm. A Jetta and an Accord had a one night stand and gave the child up for adoption to Suzuki? Subaru may have gotten sloppy seconds...hence the AWD. Looking at the Accord and Jetta...then the Kizashi...I don't think I've ever seen a truer embodiment of the "Looks like X and Y had a one night stand" statement. cinergi
I would definitely rock one for a daily. I would tend to believe insurance costs would be low, too.
zeitgeist57
http://www.autoblog.com/2009/10/16/2010-suzuki-kizashi-first-drive/ Wow. I haven't read a better first drive-review from Autoblog...ever. I'm seriously impressed with this car, and I'd take one with a 6-speed in black, thanks! TheHaze
"6MT is only available for the FWD version." Jesus, what a waste. :thumbdown
Tshensley
looks pretty good for a suzuki
GonneVille
This is a pretty blatant rip-off of the corporate VW/Audi grille. The only cosmetic theft I can think of worse than that would be the Hyundai Sonata; park one next to an Accord, pull all the badges off both cars, and ask a random assortment of car-guys to figure out which is which... RangerTurbo
I don't want to like that car, but damn it, my buddy has a Suzuki, and well it's been damn reliable. Now, if it had a 2.0T, 6speed, and all wheel drive, it'd be a hell of a deal.
