Product Review: STP OOMPH! (degreaser/cleaner)

So I have been meaning to clean my engine bay that is god awful dirty. I stopped at the parts store yesterday to get some stuffz including some Simple Green, which I have used before. Next to it, they had a bottle of STP OOMPH!. It was cheaper, and I thought I might as well give it a try.

 

I must say I am very happy with it. It works faster, and more thorough than Simple Green I think. I only had to do 1 coat instead of the normal 2 I do w/ Simple Green, and it worked fast. I sprayed it on, about a minute or 2 later, I washed it off with the water hose. Here are the Results

Like I said, the quality sucks thanks to the fog, but you can still notice all the dark grime on the passenger side head, and oil filler neck, the radiator cover, the alt. bracket, etc....

I think I will use some of my Meguirs "Back to Black" where needed, but overall it looks great. I forgot some of hte coolant hoses on the passenger side which I will have to go back to, and dress. But for a less than 5 minute job, I am def. happy with the outcome.
