It needs breaks he says but after that it seems to run well. Check out the plates!! When did those go out? zeitgeist57 Posted September 27, 2009 Report Share Posted September 27, 2009 Those plates are from the early 90's. Before 1991, there wasn't a "The Heart of it all" script under the top "OHIO" tag.
