He was just a young dumbass who I guess hit a tree on the same street he lives on. Totaled the car. He was offering $120 for it. Half his brain was probably trying to work out what the hell he was just told, but the other wanted to at least look like it was moving on and accepting until the 1st half figured out how to handle the situation.
