Guest Removed
Paul Nadeau (Canton, OH - 1968 Mustang) blasted out a 9.6102@145.11 during qualifying for the Big 3 Racing "100 MPH Club" at Dragway 42 last night. That knocked off the 136.31 MPH run during qualifying on August 25th by Will Carroll of Fairview Park in his 2005 Mustang in the unofficial battle for the "2009 King of the Hill" of the 100 MPH Club. http://www.dragway42.com/100mphclub/ Only TWO more Tuesday night events (with 3 qualifying sessions each night) remain on the 2009 Dragway 42 schedule, October 20th and 27th. DTM Brian
Paul is long time friend of mine. I first met him about 10 years ago when he his his 95 Incon Car. Congrats Paul. Paul bit this car himself. He built the car in memory of his father. Here are some pics. http://titanserver.servepics.com/Titan%20Server/Pictures/Paul%20Nadeau%20Mustang/engbay1.jpg http://titanserver.servepics.com/Titan%20Server/Pictures/Paul%20Nadeau%20Mustang/engbay2.jpg http://titanserver.servepics.com/Titan%20Server/Pictures/Paul%20Nadeau%20Mustang/hood2a.jpg http://titanserver.servepics.com/Titan%20Server/Pictures/Paul%20Nadeau%20Mustang/P1010030.jpg http://titanserver.servepics.com/Titan%20Server/Pictures/Paul%20Nadeau%20Mustang/P1010031.jpg http://titanserver.servepics.com/Titan%20Server/Pictures/Paul%20Nadeau%20Mustang/P1010032.jpg http://titanserver.servepics.com/Titan%20Server/Pictures/Paul%20Nadeau%20Mustang/P1010033.jpg http://titanserver.servepics.com/Titan%20Server/Pictures/Paul%20Nadeau%20Mustang/P1010034.jpg http://titanserver.servepics.com/Titan%20Server/Pictures/Paul%20Nadeau%20Mustang/P1010035.jpg http://titanserver.servepics.com/Titan%20Server/Pictures/Paul%20Nadeau%20Mustang/P1010036.jpg http://titanserver.servepics.com/Titan%20Server/Pictures/Paul%20Nadeau%20Mustang/P1010037.jpg
BDHG940
Those manifolds on that setup are wicked, very cool setup and car! Such a clean fabricated setup and a squeeze to fit that between those strut towers. No issues with that turbo drain being almost horizontal? DTM Brian
does he like the quickfuel bt carb? i was going to use one. but with with csu Talked to him today on the phone. The car has a couple of changes which are actually really important changes. 1. No more Carb. He is now running Accel DFI. I guess he problems with fuel distribution with the carb. Some plugs looked good and others were not so good. 2. Car now has an 88 mm instead of the 76 in the pic. He is running 22 psi with E98 and 28 degrees of timing.
