BoostedAce
Ok so monday I was trying to figure out why my shifter was so stiff. I was under my hood and felt that my top radiator hose was under a lot of pressure (Swollen). My car was at normal running temp. The bottom radiator hose was cold. So I replaced the thermostat last night and its acting the same way. Anyone know the solution? Thanks (rob I know scraping the car will fix my problem but I dont want to )
jeffro
i dont think your coolant temps have anything to do with your shifter being stiff. put a new transmission in it.

BoostedAce
when was the water pump last replaced? I wish I knew, that was my next guess but I just wanted to make sure before I replace that.
John Bruh
might as well replace it.
