Kevin R.
Is there some reason my computer clock ALWAYS goes off? 10 minutes after I "sync it with the internet" it is off again. Is my computer retarded? WTF is going on? http://media1.break.com/dnet/media/2008/12/83%20Fatty%20Fatty%20Bo%20Batty.jpg
darksrt4
where did you get that pic of me! and I had this same problem when i was in Iraq. I had the right time zone and everything. It would be off by about 10mins after about an hour. I just lived with it.
Akula
What are you using as the sync server? time.nist.gov?
Spidey2721
somewhere you can turn off the sync and set it yourself and it should keep time. had same prob a while back.
unfunnyryan
You might have another application changing the time. Its a bit of a bitch to figure out.
87GT
Your motherboard has a battery on it that keeps the time. Replace it and it will probably solve the problem.
KennyFKINPowerz
Replace the CMOS battery. The CMOS batt on the mother board runs the clock. When your clock starts screwing up on a continual basis, then its time to change it. Its just a watch battery CR2012 or CR2025 I think. Alex1647545498
Check the time in BIOS. If it's off then set it to the correct time. If it changes to a wrong time after powering off then back on then the batter on your board needs changed.
