AWW$HEEET
If you did 24 hr access, you would need either a key card, or combination access. I personally wouldnt trust to leave my shit there with someone else having equal access. Short of having someone on call, or having someone there 24/7 idk how this is feasable... Main3s
Won't your car collection take up the entire place?

FormulaMatt
I would maybe be interested in a place for my boat. How about outside storage for summer months? Alot of it would depend on the following: - How accessible - Monthly rate - Who moves it if need be - Internal security i.e. cameras, security system, etc - Where in Sunbury
RyM3rC
Good luck man. I looked into renting out about 10,000 sq.ft. of barn space a year back, and the insurance for it and the inconvenience (liability) FAR outweighed the rent. Hopefully you'll do better. Get cameras. RS69
Brian, This sound like an excellent plan for the facility you are looking into...
PGH STEELERS
I am renting a place for $35.00 per month right now and yes Brian I would be interested from hearing from you on a monthly base, possible 6 month rate as well. If you need any drafting services for your building let me know. Hope everything works out for you Brian.
Crossle
My boss is at $26 per month for the storage of his two toys (cars), I think it's way low, but just tossing it out there as a number to see.
o0quiksilver0o
I'd be interested in possibly storing a bike and my camaro there if it isn't too expensive.. I should be leaving for boot camp some time next year and I doubt my parents want 2 extra things sitting around their house.
DTM Brian
Several concerns have come up regarding the building. I am having to do more research then I originally expected.
