c7fx Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 (edited) Man I wish I would have seen this thread earlier. I lived that with my old race bike. Other things to look for is the cables that run below the tank. If not placed properly they will be spliced in no time. Also starting issues with no fuel pump whine. Check the relay's (2). These tend to go bad also but are easy to check since the headlight relays are the same as the two in the tail section. I think the old PC had something to do with it.
