Trying to get some cash for the holidays. I'll be in town til next Tuesday, so don't hesitate to ask questions.

Sub/Box were bought in Boston used from a car audio installer who had it in his mustang, but it was too heavy for his subaru. It weighs a LOT.

Sub is a JL Audio 12W4-D4, dual 4ohm coils, wired for 2ohm mono. Does about 300W RMS, was the perfect size for the music I listen to and for the size of the car it was in (Explorer 2dr). Pictured damage to gasket is totally cosmetic the sub is in no way affected.

Box is big, pics do the best talking. I can get specific dimensions, but suffice it to say you're gonna need a decent amount of trunk space.

Amp is a Kicker ZX300.1, 2ohm stable, definitely one of the best rated amps for the money. Got it brand new on craigslist, the guy had bought it on ebay and decided he wanted more power so he flipped it to me. Inside plastic was still sealed, I still have the box with the inspection paperwork, all the little zipties and extra fuses that came with it. I did a good amount of research when choosing the sub and amp combo and it wasn't a waste, the sound is great. Comes with pictured wired remote...[spinal tap voice]this one goes to eleven[/spinal tap voice].

Also included is a wal-mart wiring kit (4 guage I think? either way more than enough for 300W). Comes with all wires needed, also has redundant inline fuse since the amp already has one built in.

Someone pick this up, it's literally everything you'd need to add some solid bass to your ride.

Would you sell the amp separate?

i'll have to think about it. I'd really like to sell it as a set so i dont end up with things like loose wires hanging around my place. i'd be looking to get $80 for it if i'm gonna separate it.

also, would you need the wiring?

What size is the box id think i could get away with a smaller box. most 12s recomend 1 to 1.5 cf per sub so a 12x12x12 box should suffice save weight. i dont need the loudest bass. just some since the mids and highs are all componet
