As for the ordeal with Red, I've never been a big fan of red cars. While I feel it's right at home on a few of them it's never been my deal. That said, my wife put her foot down when we bought the Porsche and insisted on red and at the same time the perfect car came onto the market in red. While I grew to appreciate the color in certain settings I still was never completely sold on it. Everytime I wanted to drive like a hooligan I was always looking over my shoulder knowing how much the car stood out in that color.
