BDHG940
Between Morse and Westerville road, 1 bedroom, upstairs unit, 1 bath, pretty simple place. I have owned it for maybe 6 years and been rented but maybe 3 months. Always rents out about instantly and a great property to get your feet wet with. I learned a lot from it and just trying to do a few new things. As far as location, its about the best you can get in this location. It overlooks the pool area and has a nice balcony. NO GARAGE I cant give the exact address right now but the complex is Chateau Morse and as I said, its currently under lease and occupied. PM me with serious inquires The lease is current until the end of July or Aug. Depending on your downpayment(if any), you should be cash-flowing right from the start. http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj77/on3p/condo1.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj77/on3p/condo.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj77/on3p/condo3.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj77/on3p/condopool.jpg

What about property insurance, what does that run you annually? Is this the going rate for the area/complex, and the average you've been renting it for?
