I eat so much on this diet, that I dont like eating anymore. I literally gag when eating breakfast. Also I get done working out about 7:30pm and I have to pound my afterworkout shakes and food so I hit my 30 min window. Then I have to eat dinner around 9:30. MAN ITS AWFUL. I have to say that I am seeing hugh improvements though, so I am gonna keep at it but eating 6-8 times a day sucks.
