La vela sucks majority of the time b/c any spring break doucher that goes thinks they can go there so you got a club full of tards and a bunch of wilderbeast lookin women. Hit up all the small spots like you said shanton and u'll pull tail all day. And go to all the beach parties during the day. Oh, and u'll notice the first day down PCB thats its run by by a bunch of bikers LOL. we stayed in this motel down there and they gave us free breakfast every morning and a keg of beer every other day. Before I was 21 I remember my family making the journey out they a few times in a 21 ft open bow play boat. This boat sat very low in the water and was not built for waves at all.
