Curious as to why people think CR didn't continue to thrive over the years? Is it just a life cycle of a forum? Obviously our generations aged and life happens but why did the next generation not step in to fill those shoes? Was it really due to social media? I don't see Facebook replacing all that CR had to offer at one point. Are the younger generations not into cars the same way? Never really thought of it all until now.

I just realized I've been here for 20 fucking years. Not a lot of activity the last few but I have been a member here for more than half of my life. It will be missed. Thank you to all for the memories.

Afternoon sometime. My flight doesn't come in until 9am and I have to spend a few hours in the office.

Looks like everything as advertised on my end. Here comes the tricky part. My schedule just got unexpectedly crazy. I have a short notice trip this week. I will be back Friday for a few hours before gearing up for Drill weekend. Then I will have a little time throughout the following week before I take off until end of May. Do we want to do a one time pickup for everyone throughout the week or do you guys want to schedule when to meet with me?

Sorry to hear Joe. Get him to the James! Just this last year we had family that was basically given less than a year to live from Riverside due to being stage 4 and cancer throughout entire body. It has been 11 months since he started non chemo treatments at the James and is now 100% cancer free.

So far it is paying off because this is my first fish of the year at 5lbs 2oz. I'm scared its spoiling me for the season.

Update today - only 1 reel has a problem. I was 3 hours too late and the C force 2000 sold out and won't be available until late may - June. The only person who wanted one of those I believe is TurboRust.

I did not. I went through really fast and ordered all of the ones I replied to guys with an price who said they wanted them.

Unless something is currently out of stock, I suspect to receive delivery before end of next week. I'm down for a group meet and test though. 2 weeks or so from now? I will hear back from them today in regards to stock or if there is a shortage on something. I ordered 48 pieces of product so there is a lot to go through.

Sunday update: still in a slight holding pattern. Sorry for the delay. All hands are on deck for website release this week which has had hiccups. The web guys aren't updating the current site as it will be going away any moment. I'm hoping to hear what our release date will be tomorrow.

Sorry guys, I have not yet. I am in a brief hold just waiting on the website guy to add back in 1 more reel and I will be ready. They are managing orders on the current website and dealing with the release of a knew website next week. Basically I picked a bad week to do it. I hope to know more today.

As long as you cover the shipping, I can do that. It does not have the abrasion resistance. I have heard it compares to nonofil but guys have preferred the gliss.

The main difference between the two is the carbon fiber and the weight difference. The 1000 is different in the rest though as it has felt drag system instead of the carbon fiber on 2 and 3000.

Yeah, let me look up some notes on them both when I get home. I don't use spinning reels much so I don't remember off hand. I do know that I was thinking the bolt was a higher speed than the cforce but they are both 6.0:1.
