The intake is off but when i try to pull on it twist it off it wont budge and i'm thinking i may break it!

it will...once it break's, put a freeze plug in the hole, move the map. :p

Now I do know that thats a LS3 intake, won't work with cathedrel port heads. There should be some LS2 intakes like that though.

 

Why would you want to pull that out anyway?

You can re-drill the manifold and relocate the sensor under the bottom left side in the front of the manifold to the left of the throttle body, this is common on corvette fast manifolds (works in the same manner with factory) which have firewall clearance issues as well. You then can seal the hole in the back (carefully to not have an air leak) and you will be fine.

Whats the best way to plug the back of the manifold? some type of rubber freeze plug?

 

I have seen online a bunch of variations, from small freeze plugs, thread Allen plugs, jb weld, junk map sensors cut up... There inst a per say correct say, I like the threaded plug, with sealant.
