Quiet neighborhood. Your own bathroom. Pets welcome so long as they get along with my two dogs, but no cats (allergies, sorry). $400/month for everything, and you can use the garage whenever to do short term car work, another $50 a month for your own garage spot. Rent can either be done in full on the first, or bi-weekly. I'm a non-smoker, no smoking in the house but its fine in the garage. No contract to sign.
