The car runs and drives with no issues, the ecu is flashed with JC software. Engine and transmission can be test driven before purchase.

 

Engine complete with all accessories, coils, covers, intake exhaust manifolds and wiring - $1600

Engine "long block" - $1400

Engine without cams - $1200

ZF transmission - $350

Complete driving chassis with no exhaust and worn 328i suspension - $2600

B&B cat back exhaust - $550 obo

Simota Carbon fiber cold air intake - $150

 

Struts, shocks and mounts are not for sale.

 

The car has collision damage at the front and rear:

 

- hood kinked

- front bumper cover effed

- bumper lip appears to be intact

- grill surround and kidneys effed

- headlights and turns effed

- rear bumper cover is banged up but not visibly cracked

- trunk lid appears to be intact

 

Complete interior including dash and carpet - sold

Shift knob - sold

Shift boot - $35

Cup holder ring - sold

Driver door seal has one small rip and fraying along the bottom - $35

I'm guessing that if this car had any fog lights, specifically passenger side, it'd be fucked as well? my dad's got a '95 with a cracked passenger fog lamp that drives me crazy every time i look at it.

 

I actually do have a good passenger fog - $25

The pics make it look pretty repairable. Why the part out?

 

- salvage title + high miles would make resale value incredibly low

- previous body work on the car has started to rust through in several places

- rear quarters are compressed and would require a bunch of work to restore

 

Short answer, it's worth a lot more in pieces.

Hey Anson, I'm not sure if you got rid of the shell of the car yet, but figured I'd check. Do you have the door trim/rain rails from the car still? Are they in good shape (no peeling)?
