twistedfocus1647545489 Posted April 22, 2010 Report Share Posted April 22, 2010 Those are reducer bushings so that you can use them with heads that have the larger 1/2" bolt hole (Most aftermarket or 351W OEM). ARP/Moroso/etc may be a bit better, but obviously more expensive.
