Otis Nice Posted May 7, 2010 Report Share Posted May 7, 2010 ...fixed my TWO bent wheels (I orig thought it was only one). We got there a little early but they took us in right away. About 15 minutes before our appointment time. They fixed my right front wheel which is what Discount Tire had told me was the prob. Mike intuitively had the rear checked also. It was worse than the front. He then proceeded to take me back, show me both wheels, and allow me to make the decision from there as to whether or not fix the rear one b/c he knew I had vacay coming up. I agreed it needed done since it was in the worst shape. All of this in under 1.5 hours. Probably even shorter now that I think about it. Very courteous, professional, and friendly. Will go to after vacay for the powdercoat. They will easily have my business in the future. Drove the car from up there all the way to C-Ville and rode smooth as silk.
