I even put another tranny in last night that I know is good and still having the same problem. Throttle cable and shift linkage is perfect. proper fluid and amount, checked the governer, and other things. I believe its my LOKAR detent/kickdown cable is the problem and can't adjust it properly. Can anyone help me out tonight? Ive been borrowing cars for the last few months and need to give my neighbors car back tomorrow morning. I need to get this finished tonight. Can someone help me PLEASE!!! I will even pay you if you want. I just need this running so I can give the car back and get to work. I will be there all night and morning trying to figure it out. I don't care if someone calls or stops by at 3am!
