KillJoy
I have always had good luck soaking in WD-40, then finger nails. KillJoy
MrMeanGreen
3M Woodgrain and Stripe Remover. Just don't get it on unpainted or non-glass surfaces.
okami
If you don't have a hair dryer, you can use an iron in a pinch. Just hold it an inch or two away to let the heat soften the adhesive. If that scares you, parking the car with the decal south facing on a hot day might get it nice and warm too. As a guy, I never had a hair dryer, so I used the iron method to debadge an impreza years ago.
Xyster101
+1 to WD40 and fingernail -1 for iron, scary!
Spoolme
I've used Goo Gone a couple of times with success. Peel the decal off then use the goo gone and wax the area.

Mojoe
Floss to seperate the decale. Then soak the remaining residue in Goo Gone and wait. If it's not ready to come off, you could have minor scuffing if you start on it too soon. Several ways to skin this cat.
