Billiumss
Hello all, I'm helping a friend to install a stereo in a 2000 Monte Carlo. What is the best way to run the power wire through the firewall? I will be using either 0 or 2 gauge wire. Any links you might know of? Thanks Bill
Snowflake
Is there any way to just drill a hole and use a grommet?
skruffy
Just poke through one of the existing grommets with a screwdriver and run the wire through.

Buck531
I drilled a hole right to the left of the steering column when I had my Lumina.
Big Steve
There is on particular spot on the fire wall on the passenger side. It is perfect for any gauge wire you want to use. I will see if I can get a pic for you and put it up if you still need it. Follow the accelerator cable I do believe.
Billiumss
Since I was running 0 gauge wire I ended up drilling a hole on the pass side below that big rubber block with wires going through it.
