6 Speed S4
I need to have my old wheel bearing pressed out and new one put in. Where can I take my hub to have this done, and how much would I be charged?
Rotarded1647545491
A Hub Tamer is your friend. Find someone with one, borrow it. IRRC Skold has one.

ansonivan
A hub tamer would save you a ton of time and headache. Even after you remove the spindle from the car it's going to be a pain to set it up in the press. Rent/borrow/buy a hub tamer.

Rent/borrow/buy a hub tamer. not on my press I've got about 700 different adapters and pieces VAG bearings are a breeze plus hub tamers are expensive and they don't do alternator and starter bearings pinion and diffferential bearings or any of the other numerous things you need a press for anyway free use of shop press I will also extend this offer to anybody that needs to use it
ansonivan
Nice, don't get me wrong, I love my press also... I just use the hub tamer whenever possible to avoid messing with ball joints and whatnot.
