PPC 5.0 makes 403/380

We were finally able to fill the tank with some 93 octane fuel. The car is still bone stock. Did some more baselines and got a highest of 387/370. From there I went to work on tuning it a bit late last night. The way the car sits now, it is at 403/381 with hopefully a little bit left in it! I didnt get to spend as much time with it on the dyno as I would have liked. These cars are quite a bit different than previous generations. I still have a few tuning tweaks I would like to make and see where it goes from there and then next up will be to test out a cold air kit and an exhaust.

Not generally a ford guy, or a domestic guy in general but Ford is making leaps and bounds. And for as cheap as that car is, to put down 400+rwhp with a tune is well just awesome. CHEAP FUN BRUH.

 

 

I <3 the design of the new 5.0 as well, it is full of technology, which I love.

Brady, was that you on 23 around 1230 i tried to catch up to you but had to go to work still have temp tags on it? i dont know if you noticed me but i noticed you car sounds great man i need to check it out

 

Yeah, that was me. I noticed you right at the end as you were getting ready to turn off of 23. Swing down to the shop sometime. The car will pretty much always be there unless I am driving it.
