31rx7
NO REASONABLE OFFER REFUSED! Somebody take a look at this - I really don't want to buy it myself and become a landlord!

Nitrousbird
condo fees ? please say no The LAST thing you want is to live in a condo without fees. Ask the disaster that is Dublin Commons Condos; that place is a disaster because it doesn't have fees/condo association. Siding different colors on most of the units, no snow removal, patches of grass not mowed because the owner of that specific unit decides they don't want to, etc. I'm no fan of condo associations, but they are a necessary evil - and require money to function. Nitrousbird
How the fuck do you have a Condo w/o a Condo Association / Fees??? KillJoy It is done, but doesn't work well at all. The sections of the outside of the building that go across your unit is your property (including the sections of the roof, siding, etc). You mow the grass in front/behind your property. As far a street maintenance, that is the big concern, as no one pays to have it done, and if the city doesn't own it, your are SOL. The only one I know of in Columbus is Dublin Commons, but there are likely a couple others as well.

31rx7
Yes, Condo fees. This is a very nice condo development. Go check it out. In a couple weeks I am buying it myself so I am flexible on price. Make a serious offer in the form of a contract - I am not negotiating on a forum - and you might be surprised.
