WTF rear mount setup

Ok while looking around on the driftfun website i found this. What do you guys think.

Rear mount IN CABIN turbo? Sounds horrible...

That looks like it would be pretty loud inside the car when its running. Does the guy wear an oxygen mask when driving??? Im confused.... I think there better ways and more efficient methods to build the setup. Maybe not as easy but worth the time in my mind. Im sure it would work but dont think I want the turbo sitting beside me

 

There was a 03 cobra this year at mustang week that had twins mounted inside the rear seat area. Somewhat similar looking to this setup just a lot more cleanly built. The guy was running it them compound with the eaton. Then took the stock plenum and turned toward the firewall and routed though. Never got a clean pass but looks/sounded like if it was a little more dialed in the car would move.
