ImUrOBGYN Posted August 15, 2010 Report Share Posted August 15, 2010 Seen that vid. Pretty cool. With the barn owl, which is near the same size, it puffs up to appear bigger and more frightening. However, with the larger bird of prey, they will generally mimic a branch or other birds of prey that seem more aggressive or less tasty to whatever is threatening it.
