A security deposit of that amount will be due up front. This condo includes: -Hardwood Floors in the living area and basement -Two carpeted bedrooms -One and a half bathrooms -Central air and gas heat -The monthly rent includes the Condo Fees and water bill -Pet friendly area (no more than two pets allowed though) This is a quiet neighborhood in the Hilliard School District. Gas, electric and cable/internet are NOT included in the rent. You also may have the option to rent the condo as furnished if you like.
