Its something like that. I sold mine because i used so much force pulling the trigger i couldnt hit shit. Id probably keep it for nightstand duty since anything in home would probably be less than 20ft, but i like to go shoot targets too, and at more than 20ft. Its not horrible gun..they stole glocks design and got sued for it.

i currently have one, its actually my second one i've owned..first one got traded for a car on craigslist, so I bought the 2nd one from Anthony. I like the trigger feel, I wanna know if i'm pulling it theres about to be hell to pay. I shot my buddy's ruger 9mm and scared the shit outta myself the trigger was so light.

it really has a 17lbs trigger? is that if the hammer isn't cocked?

 

Yeah it is around 17lbs for Single action and about 12lbs on double. Got to love those Sigma's. Great guns, but the trigger pull is the biggest complaint. A quick swap of some springs and you can change that.
