Up for sale is a Taurus PT 1911 w/ Rail for sale. They gun shots great and I only have about 150 rounds through it. I am selling to buy a big bolt gun again. I have everything for this gun from the owners manual, box, both mags, warranty card (still needs filled out :D) and cleaning tools. The guns go anywhere from $600.00-$700.00 w/o being modded. I have a GPW Compensator attachment. I also have a Taurus specific Paddle style holster with autolock feature that goes with it. I also have about 35 rounds that can go with it to start you off.

I am asking $550.00 OBO for it. PM me with any questions you have because I want to move it by this weekend. Thanks.

so it is larger than a .357 so you can hunt with it correct?

I dunno, they may still have you on a technicality or actually capacity may be an issue. I remember that way back I considered using my Springfield one deer season but didn't at the time for legality reasons (and it's really not the best choice, even though I loves me some .45). I'd have to check the laws because I haven't looked in a while.

Edit: maybe you technically can as long as it's a 5" barrel:

http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/wildlife/dow/regulations/hunting_deer.aspx#equipment

10-gauge or smaller shotgun using one ball or one rifled slug per barrel (rifled shotgun barrels are permitted when using shotgun slug ammunition); or muzzleloading rifle .38 caliber or larger; or handgun with 5-inch minimum length barrel, using straight-walled cartridges .357 caliber or larger, or longbow, crossbow (draw weight limitations same as for Archery Season). Shotguns cannot be capable of holding more than three shells.

No, it has to be a straight-wall case; .45ACP is not.

Straight wall:

Though I have no doubts about its ability to kill a deer with proper shot placement, it not legal in Ohio to do so.
