SpaceGhost
http://gallery.me.com/bbotte/100023/Muffler.jpg?derivative=mmedium&source=web.jpg If I could pull this muffler off a friends car, could some one weld this closed? The weld has just worn away. Anyone want to practice some welding? Look like a easy job, I just don't know how, or maybe it's not as easy as I think? Anyone? EvoXbmx
I'd do it for a 10 dolla holla:) It would be with mild steel wire. I have stainless, but it doesn't make sense to use because it is almost impossible to maintain its stainless characteristics using a mig gun and is a pain in the ass to make it flow right. My shop is at Rt 33 and Hamilton near Ricart. P/M if interested
brent1976
If it is a stainless magnaflow, it should have a lifetime warranty. If you send it back, they will just send you a new one. On my old chevelle, 1 seam, on one piece of pipe before the muffler rusted through, I called them, took it off, sent it back, and had a new one in about a week.
