But is it going to come out of no where over a crest, shooting flames out the back, with a gigantic turbo attached to it?

...and is the engine in front of the axles?

If I get to own one, then yes.

and no, its on the RS5 chassis, where the motor doesnt hang over the front axles.

I'm sure it will come with all those things...except the oil cooler will probably be oil to water to air, which is far superior to just oil to air.

They'll probably fail it all up with a dsg-only option or some other lameness.

In before "OMG Audi nutswingerz! Lolz mad tyte yo!"

what?

Psh, you would settle for a car with one engine. Lame ass.

I'd be all for a smaller motor in a smaller car, like the TT-rs. But once you put a sexy V8 in there you can't go to a smaller, less manly motor! I mean, that's like having a 302 in a mustang, and yanking it out to stick an sr20 in there! A week before Drift Wars!

Also, wtf are they doing taking out a sexy V8 to stick in a smaller 5-cylinder? I don't like that idea honestly. I would have like to see them go back towards the rs6 motor in everything.

I am not an Audi nutswinger, but are you high? If it is a remake of an Urquattro, it NEEDS a 5 cyl.

That "less manly" motor makes more power than the V8 does, in stock form. Not to mention the tuning possibilities will be through the roof. Only one of the reasons why the B5 S4 is still more popular than the gas gussling, untuneable V8 S4's.

Recommend bi-turbo V8. If a turbo 5 is good, a turbo 8 is better. It's just your 2.7 with 33% more awesome!

Wait, what? They're going with a turbo 5 that's 340+ hp? Oh yeah, that's not going to have turbo failure. Especially with their retard-assed 23k mile oil-change intervals. Yikes! I better invest in borg warner now.
