Feature Car in Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords November 2010, yet to hit stores shelves

 

1992 Ford Mustang, 15 pass's on refreshed engine. Went 9.15 @149 friday night weighing 3280, threw mufflers, and on 325s. This car was done on a Rotisserie and painted with PPG base coat/clear coat on inside, outside, and bottom. The car is well built and many custom machined pieces on it. Alot of my time and money has been dumped into. The body and paint is flawless

 

Chassis

Team Z 10 point Chromoly cage, mini tubbed and thru floor frame connectors. One year left on cert

 

PA Racing Chromoly K-member and Arms, Koni Coil fronts.

 

PA Racing doulble adjustable uppers and lowers, Strange Coil overs, Team Z anti roll bar.

 

8.8 rear with 3.55s, strange spool, strange 33 spline axles with 9"ends. Wilwood breaks.

 

Rossler powerglide 1.8 first gear, Ultimate Lenny 9.5 converter.

 

Convo pro fronts with two sets of Convo Pro back rims. 8.5 wide with 275 M/T's and 10 wide with 325's M/T's. Titanium lug nuts front and back.

 

10 Gallon fuel cell with Aeromotive Eliminator pump and speed controller.

 

Engine, 393 based 351w. Scat 3.85 stroke steel crank and scat rods with arp 2000. SRP pistons with 8.9 compression. Total Seal rings pack. Nuetral Balanced.

 

Canfield alum heads, Jay Allen hyd roller with Crane hyd roller lifters. Shaft Rockers, Super Vic efi intake with custom machined elbow and 90 mm accu-fab t-body. 83lb injectors, 2" kooks headers with 3 exhaust and magna flows

 

Paxton Novi 2k supercharger. Mutliple pulleys come with this. Crank pulleys in 7", 7.75", and 8.25"

 

Blower pulleys 3.6", 3.5", 3.4", 3.3", 3.25" and custom machined strut brace. 10 rib set-up.

 

Air to water intercooler and 4 gallon ice tank in trunk

 

Big stuff 3 efi system, MSD Digital 6 and coil.

 

Misc, trans-brake, electric fans, line loc, intercooler water pump.

Alum radiator

Car was looking good on Friday and we thought that you had changed to a glide. It's too bad that you are getting rid of it, but someone will be very happy with it. Good luck with the sale.

 

Probably the best move I made was switching to the glide. I know some will argue the t400 would of been a better choice but the car has been much easier to drive with making the launches much more predictable. Plus its been quicker with the glide than that of the C4 3 speed.
