its not hard... remove the ring. grab a socket and a hammer and you can nock them out... then slide the new one in and out the ring on it... about a 10 min job... Just dont loose any needle bearings.. Im sure there is a youtube video that will show you how to do it if you need a visual

ya not hard. just take the holding rongs off each end. nock it out of the yoke. put new bearing in there and put the new rings on. It will only give you a problem if you knock the end cap off and loose any needle bearings inside of the joint or if it is rusted up and wont come free from the yoke.. but its pretty easy
