My mother Tore her a Achilles Tendon in 3 places .Well She had Surgery Thursday, and she cant get around the house that easy . Anyway i need to borrow one Some places want alot of money to rent or there out of them. It will be in a smoke-free house so dont have to worry Thanks

its absolutely impossible to tear it in 3 places---trust me, it just can't happen. you should call local fire departments--sometimes they have them there. also, she might find it easier to get around with a walker--much easier for older people to use then crutches--fire dept's will certainly have walkers. make sure she takes care of the incision---these incisions very frequently get infected in that area
