The prefinished stuff is usually 8'long and just a few bucks and you can get a frame out of each one. Cut the corners at a 45 and get a pack of picture frame clips. Cut up old boxes for back and thats pretty much it. Your kind outta the price range if you want glass on front or plastic but typically these frames are better quality and look nicer even if there is no front.
