Looking good....what are you going to haul?

I have a friend that has a contract hauling drop deck flat bed freight at $3.90 a mile so ill run that as long as i can then go back to running containers around town. I plan on picking up a few more trucks soon.

Are tires still good on it after sitting so long? I can't imagine replacing all of them being cheap!

I was surprised to find no problems so far...no cracks...no flat spots but I just put all new wheels and tires on it a few months before i parked it. I plan on replacing the steer tires before I put it on the road to be safe.

SWEET! I'd love to have a semi like that. Not that I would need one, I just think it would be really cool to have.

I wish I had a semi and a race car just chillin in some other state somewhere. What is that car, an old Plymouth?

That is my 69 Dodge Dart, it was bought new from Spitzer Dodge and has never been tagged, I still have the original title.

I finally got back to work on the truck yesterday. I am hoping to have it finished by middle of next week and ill put up some new pics this weekend.

@RS69- I am from WV and so far I have had to inspect all the air lines, brakes, electrical etc and ive been really lucky that everything is still in great shape. I have a appointment in 2 weeks for a DOT inspection and ill see what they have to say.

Painted by yourself? How much experience do you have with body work? I'd like to do something similar to my truck. Just need to pull/pound some dents out, sand it down, and hit it real quick. I don't need perfect, I need it to not rust.

Looks good IMO.
