alibies
look into gifts for grads and grants for grads if you are a recent graduate and want free monies! that is if you haven't already my fiance and I ended up with no closing costs and a lot of free money because of those programs. GSXRAntwon
No college here, went straight into work and now have my own business. I know my gf's mother is finding every little bit of money out there for us that she can.
Nitrousbird
How can you tell the difference? Many times you can't tell for sure, which is why I asked. Freestanding Condos (at least newer ones) tend to be the homes that are similar looking to that, where there is the home in the front, with the garage in the rear with an alley, and are close together. They many times have lawn care done for them, or other services such as a clubhouse/pool/workout facility. All at a condo-fee price premium, of course.
