Especially worth it if this is an accident in which there is a likelihood of substantial consequences. If it's a fender-bender, then don't bother. I’ve tried contacting his insurance company and the voice mail sounds like a fly by night company and have not spoken to anyone. As a matter of fact the driver didn’t even get out to see if I was ok.
