Richard Cranium Posted March 4, 2011 Report Share Posted March 4, 2011 Sorry to raise this from the dead, but I have a new answer .... My own. I made my first batch of rootbeer last weekend. I can't get enough of it. I used an extract that can be picked up at most home brew stores. It made 4 gallons, I'm not sure how much I've polished off so far but it won't last much longer.
