They put some sticker on the box when I bought them...I thought it was a price tag...turned out to be a return label, so now I cannot return or exchange them. They are size 9, never worn... You don't need the receipt. That label is tied to your receipt. I've taken back a few things with just the return label and got my money back without any issues.
