She has a restraining order on him, ever since he threatened to kill her and all her friends. I'd say there is a decent chance I'd have to shoot this guy if he finds out where she lives now. She filed a restraining order. I don't think you need much to get one from the courthouse. From what I have been told, I would suggest filing harassment charges first.
