FormulaMatt Posted February 21, 2011 Report Share Posted February 21, 2011 Wanted to say thanks to ALL the IPS crew. I took them my wife's X5 for some work. MAG wanted almost $3000 to do the work. MAG was always pretty good to me in the past, but I thought this was excessive. So I called up Brandon and took it on over. I worked with Mike during the actual repairs process. I supplied the parts (BMW parts from MAG) and after all was said and done I had all the work completed for a third of what MAG wanted, including the parts cost. They kept it a extra day too to make sure the elusive problem had been cured. They replaced: Cyclone valve and all hoses Valve Cover Coolant Reservoir/Expansion Tank Oil Change I could not be happier with the thoroughness of the repairs, communication during the process, and of course the pricing.
