I think I remember something on the last set of paperwork I filled out. Only reason I ask is because my chain of command is looking into it. KillJoy Dishonorable, Correct. Psych Issues - Nope, doesn't prevent you from owning. As long as you are discharged under an honorable psych. condition then you should be able to own.
