Need Someone to do Subfloor repair

Can someone recommend a reputable source to do some subfloor repair in my home. May or may not require re-framing a door as well.

 

It would appear as though the seal on our rear door has been slightly leaking, un-noticed, for some time now. In the process of looking to have the carpet replaced we found that the subfloor is water damaged and needs to be repaired. It may be a bit more tricky in that the damage extends under the door frame itself as well. Damage seems to be isolated to maybe a 3' x 1' area but may be tricky to repair because of where it is.

 

I need someone out to look at this and get it repaired this week. I got in the crawl space last night and there's no water running down the wall in the basement or anything, damage seems to be pretty isloated but needs fixed and the leak addressed before we replace the carpet.
