Mine says the "connection is refused", so I can't download apps or update them on 3g or Wifi, I called the Apple store and they said most of their systems are down too. When I try online support it has a connection error also, I am on the phone with apple care and there is a high call volume. Anyone else experiencing a itunes account issue right now? You would figure they would warn you about something like this being down before they let you download the firmware.
