harmonda Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 You don't want to hear this but...usually the foam starts holding water because the cover is letting more moisture in than the vents can deal with. When you have that happen it is time for a whole new cover. Go out to ebay and hit up one of the many cheap sources for covers. Get the thickest one in your price range to save on electricity if you use it year round. I'd also get the longest skirt possible to protect your tub.
