Guest Hal
Give me the break down on these. What should I be looking for? Any common problems? It's a higher mileage 2.5i, but so far it's looking pretty good.
KillJoy
It a Subaru. Boring as fuck inside. They reminded me of a Fleet / Work F-150 w/ NOTHING! It has AWD though...... ....just my opinion.... KillJoy

KillJoy They're not spectacular, but they're not bad looking. What kind of mileage did you get in the Escape? This car will be to replace Ashley's Envoy with something a little easier on the wallet. Rally Pat
Head Gaskets will pop. They also aren't known for good gas mileage, but would probably do better than Envoy. SNOW GOD MODE.
Draco-REX
If it's over 100K, make sure the timing belt has been done. Check for headgasket leaks. Listen for wheel bearing noise. Otherwise, they're pretty solid. Non turbo subies don't usually get as abused, and there are less power mods, so used reliability is very good. I think the interiors are fine. Not too much hard plastic, and everything is within easy reach. But I also don't feel the need for wood inlays or other interior bling, so to each their own. brent1976
We just traded my wife 06 in on a 2011, and we really liked the car. We test drove a lot of other cars in the same catagory/price range (accord, malibu, camry, and couple more I can't remember) and it was the nicest overall by far. She drives mostly highway, so it averaged 30+. Plus she takes good care of cars, so we got $8500 on trade-in for it with 150000+ miles, and it still needed the timing belt/water pump done, and told them about it.
