FS: 1998 Grand Prix GTP

I have too many cars right now and not enough money, so this has gotta go. No trades, just looking for cash.

1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, 3800 Supercharged V6 automatic, fully loaded, 115k miles

SD hood

SLP spoiler

17" chrome GXP knockoff rims w/ fairly new tires

ZZP PCM

Modular pulley system (stock 3.8 pulley installed)

Fenderwell intake

Ceramic coated PEMS

3" downpipe with high-flow cat

GMPP handling kit

KYB GR2 struts

Projector headlights with HID's

JVC head unit, Rockford Fosgate speakers

Leather, sunroof, heads-up display, heated seat, power everything. Heat and AC work fine. The car runs and drives great. I haven't got on it much, but when I have, it hits full boost and pulls very strong. The interior is in nice shape, and the exterior looks nearly perfect. This car is EXTREMELY clean. I've only owned the car for a few months, but the previous owner had it for 10 years and took excellent care of it.

One of the wheel bearings is worn, and the ABS light is on as a result. It doesn't vibrate or anything, but you can hear it making noise at higher speeds. The car is in great shape but if you look underneath you can see that the rockers are rusty. I have an extra set of rockers I will include in the sale. These are the only known issues with this car. I think you'll have a hard time finding another '98 as nice as this one.

Asking $4000. Located on the westside near Hilliard, let me know if you'd like to come see it.

The aftermarket grilles have been replaced with factory ones, but I still have them.

Any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks for looking!

I would aslo like to take a look at the car if possible sometime soon. How is the trans?

I'm free all day today and tomorrow if you'd like to take a look. The trans is fine, hasn't given me a single problem.

There is too much steven or steve in this thread.

I Have been out of the scene for a little while what is needed to drop to a 3.25? I know you can go to a 3.0 with a cam

I believe rockers and possibly intercooler. Depends mainly on the tune

quick research shows you can run a cam (s1x or so) and springs and drop to a 3.2 or 3.0. should be good to break into the 12 with about 500-600 in parts. Not to bad at all.

Depending how much knock it's seeing you can run a 3.0 with headers 1.9 rockers intake and e85 (of course injectors) is what Dyno Brian told me and he has done a ton of these for intense. Oh yea ls6 valve springs too

Yep. And apparently a lot of guys don't get an intercooler until they drop lower than a 3.0

Btw nice car man glws I live on the westside I will be looking for it

Washed it and took some pics today with my POS camera phone. It looks so much better in person...
